4. Intellectual Property

MiTurnoDental owns all intellectual property in the platform, software, and content. You retain ownership of your clinic data and content. You grant MiTurnoDental a license to use your data to provide and improve our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

MiTurnoDental is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiTurnoDental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
